This high-energy concert features show-stopping performances from the OUTLOUD Main Stage. Be courteous to other community members.
Do not disrupt other community members with disrespectful, unruly, hostile actions or behavior. Inappropriate behavior should be reported to the nearest usher, security or other WEHO Pride event staff.
Comply with requests from OUTLOUD personnel regarding festival operations and emergency response procedures.
Be courteous to the residents and businesses of the neighborhoods surrounding OUTLOUD Music Festival when entering and exiting the Festival.
Alcoholic beverages must be consumed in a responsible manner. Anyone who appears to be impaired by or under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance may be denied entry to or ejected from the Festival.
Smoking is prohibited in designated entry, exit, medical, food, and beverage areas of the Festival. The use of smokeless tobacco products is also prohibited in these areas of the festival.
Possession and/or use of marijuana on the Festival premises is prohibited.
Guns, weapons, illegal drugs and other materials deemed hazardous or dangerous by WEHO Pride personnel are prohibited.
Foul/abusive language and obscene gestures are prohibited. Illegal drugs/narcotics are prohibited from the Festival.
No hateful or obscene signs or banners of any kind are allowed in the Festival.
All persons entering the Festival are subject to reasonable search to protect the safety of the public and to ensure compliance with this Patron Code of Conduct.
All persons entering the Festival will be expected to abide by all applicable federal, state and local laws.

Keep your wristband in a safe place until it’s time to put it on!
Put it on your right wrist.
Don’t put it on too tight. Use two fingers between the wristband and your wrist to ensure a comfortable fit.
Weekend and WeHo Pride pass holders must keep their wristband on for the entire weekend.
Road to Pride winners are not eligible for wristband replacement. Do not loose your give your wristband to anyone else.
The unauthorized resale of tickets/wristbands in, on or around the Festival property is not permitted under any circumstances and is prohibited by law. Persons caught selling tickets in violation of the law may have their tickets/wristbands and their right to future tickets to the Festival revoked. To avoid using counterfeit or stolen tickets, please purchase tickets through authorized OUTLOUD ticket outlets only. I understand my wristband must be worn and clearly visible at all times. Any wristband found to have been tampered with or damaged can be revoked without refund and the guest immediately escorted from the Festival.

Our music festival is 18+ for general admission passes and 21+ for VIP WeHo Pride Pass.

Yes! We will have food and beverage. No outside food and/or beverage will be allowed in.
Alcoholic beverages may not be brought onto the Festival premises. We have a zero tolerance policy for minors consuming alcohol and it will be strictly enforced. Anyone under the age of 21 found consuming alcohol will immediately be evicted from the festival. Anyone providing alcohol to someone under the age of 21 will immediately be evicted from the festival and can be cited by local law enforcement at the festival. For alcohol service, only valid non-expired US government federal or state identification is accepted along with international government passports. No other form of international identification will be accepted.

Obscene or indecent clothing is prohibited. Footwear is required at all times. Patrons must have and maintain good/appropriate personal hygiene.

Any other items intended for sale or trade may not be brought onto festival property, including the parking areas, without a permit, concession license or lease from JJLA/WEHO PRIDE/OUTLOUD Music Festival..

2024 ACCESSIBILITY (ADA) GUIDE
Outloud Music Festival At WeHo Pride welcomes all people with disabilities. We are continuously striving to enhance our efforts to ensure access to event amenities without limitations based on abilities.Please read this informational guide thoroughly before sending an inquiry email. For any accessibility-related questions not answered in this guide, please email us at OUTLOUD@jj-la.com. We welcome and encourage all feedback and suggestions from our guests with disabilities. We will do our best to assist you and address your accessibility needs.
WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY
The venue is navigable for guests with mobility disabilities. The event is held on grass and concrete. VIP areas are accessible. There are accessible routes connected throughout the venue including parking, entrances, stages, accessible viewing areas, vendors, and all other activity areas.Guests must navigate the festival grounds between stages on their own or with the support of a companion, as the festival does not offer transportation between stages. If you need assistance finding your most accessible route around the event, please visit us at the Accessibility Services Hub.
We encourage all guests with mobility disabilities to utilize personal forms of transportation, including wheelchairs and scooters. Crutches, walkers and canes are also permitted. If you need to recharge your motorized mobility device or other medical equipment, you may do so at the Accessibility Services Hub. Guests should bring all cords and accessories needed to charge their devices. Chargers must use a 110-volt, 20 amp circuit.
We do not be provide wheelchair or scooter rentals.
ACCESSIBLE ENTRY
There will be an accessible entry lane, located at the main entrance. Guests with disabilities and up to one companion may use this lane to safely enter the venue.Please visit the Accessibility Services Hub immediately after entering the event to request the accessible accommodations and services you need.
ACCESSIBILITY SERVICES HUB
Please Note: You must stop here to get your accessibility wristband. This wristband is free of charge and will grant you access to the accessible services required on account of a disability or injury. There is no accessibility pre-registration before the event - this is all done onsite at the event. There is not an “ accessibility ticket” that needs to be purchased in order to utilize accessibility services at Outloud Music Festival At WeHo Pride.The Accessibility Services Hub is conveniently located inside the Main Entrance. The exact location of this hub will be labeled on the event map when it is released. At this location, you can:
● Learn about accessibility services and receive answers to your questions
● Receive an accessibility wristband
● Effective Communication check-in
● Register service animals
● Wristband Policies
● Accessibility wristbands are valid for the duration of the festival.
● DO NOT remove your wristband for the duration of the festival.
● One (1) accessibility companion wristband will be issued per guest with a disability.
If a person with a disability wishes to change their companion, they can obtain a new accessibility companion wristband by returning the formerly used companion wristband to the Accessibility Services Hub, where it will be replaced. We are unable to reissue any accessibility wristbands unless the original wristband is brought back to us to be reissued.
ACCESSIBLE VIEWING AREAS
There will be an accessible viewing area made available to guests with disabilities and their one companion at the event stage. For more information on how to gain access to this area, please visit us at the Accessibility Services Hub.Accessible Viewing Area Policies:
● Companions may be asked to stand in the back of the viewing area if capacity is reached.
● Viewing Areas are non-smoking.
● Guests are not allowed to save spots.
● If a guest or companion is not-present for longer than 30 minutes, their spot will be given to another guest with a disability
● Do not block the view of the guests behind you.
● All seating is first come, first served.
SERVICE ANIMALS
Service animals are permitted throughout the venue. However, emotional support animals, therapy animals, companion animals, and pets are not permitted into the event. Any animal whose task is to provide protection, emotional support, well-being, comfort, or companionship is not considered a service animal and will not be allowed into the venue. Only service animals that have been individually trained and are under the proper care of their owners will be allowed within the premises.The following guidelines must be followed:
● All service animals must be verified by the Accessibility Coordinator or Manager before entering the event venue.
● Once verified, service animal handlers are required to fill out a Service Animal Agreement before proceeding into the event grounds. Once signed, service animals will receive a service animal wristband or tag to indicate verification.
● Service animals must remain by the handler’s side at all times and must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered.
○ If these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or if the handler’s disability prevents the use of these devices, the handler must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls.
● Service animals must be housebroken and should use the service animal relief area.
● Anyone bringing an animal will be responsible for and liable for any damage or injury caused by the animal.
● All service animals should have legally required vaccinations. The Accessibility
Coordinator or Manager may ask for proof of vaccination during the verification process.
● All service animals must receive a service animal credential at an Accessibility Services Hub in order to enter the venue. We ask that you do not leave your animal in your car while you're attending the event, as vehicles without active air conditioning may become too hot and unsafe for any animal.
EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION REQUESTS
We accept requests for any of the following services:
● ASL Interpretation
● Other forms of Effective Communication (such as: live captioning, large format print/braille literature, guided tours for guests with visual disabilities, assistive listening devices, or any other accommodation not listed)
To ensure adequate time for planning, requests for these services should be made no later than 30 days before the event. While we will strive to accommodate requests submitted less than 30 days prior to the event, we cannot guarantee fulfillment after the cutoff date. The cutoff date for this event is May 1st, 2024. To submit a request, please fill out the Effective Communication Request Form. Once you arrive, please check-in at the Accessibility Services Hub to be connected with our interpreting team.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
● First Aid: We have several First Aid locations throughout the venue, noted on
the event map and mobile app, if available. Professional medical staff can provide assistance to your medical needs at these locations.
● Special Dietary Needs: The event will have food vendors that provide gluten-free, vegan and dairy-free dietary options. For those with special dietary needs beyond what will be offered at the event, please contact us at OUTLOUD@jj-la.com for further assistance.
● Prescription Medications: All prescription medications must be in the original manufacturer container with your name on it, which matches your government-issued photo ID. Please only bring a sufficient amount of medication for the duration of the event. Your medications must be cleared by the medical team at the event entrance.
● Other Services: If you require assistance on account of pregnancy, nursing, or breast milk pumping, please reach out to the information team at OUTLOUD@jj-la.com.

Outloud Music Festival At WeHo Pride will consider requests by guests with disabilities for reasonable modification of event policies, practices or procedures, or for auxiliary aids and services that will permit the guest equal enjoyment of the goods and services offered at the event. Yes! By attending this event you consent to be on festival grounds that are video recorded and understand you may be on camera.

OUTLOUD Music Festival encourages everyone to not bring any type of bags but we will allow bags that are: totally clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12." Bags should not have buckles, grommets/hardware or décor that conceals any part of the bag's contents.
Small clutch bags, which cannot exceed 4.5" x 6.5" in size, with or without a handle, do not have to be transparent.
Fanny packs/crossbody bags, which cannot exceed 12" x 6" x 4.", do not have to be transparent.
